Shipping

Most orders will be shipped the next business day only Monday – Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays for Saturday deliveries. All shipments are sent overnight by UPS, Fedex depending on which is most economical, A tracking number, (phone call – Live fish only), and email will be sent your way when it ships. YOU MUST BE THERE TO SIGN AND ACCEPT YOUR ORDER.

Shipping Costs - Per Box Order

Shipping cost per box for the Continental U.S.will be determined by your location.

2”- 4” – most orders can fit in one box.
4”- 8” – most orders can fit in one box.
8”- 12” – up to 8 per box
12”- 18” – 2 - 4 per box
18”- 30” – 1 - 2 per box

Once we receive your order we will contact you via phone or email to:

• Finalyze Date for box arrival. You must set a date for arrival as you will have to sign to receive the box. You must be there to receive it at the exact time of delivery or we will not be held liable for the condition of your Koi.

In Store Pickup

In Store pickup is available for local orders. Please select “in Store Pickup” at the end of your cart checkout. I will make arrangements with you via Phone or email as to the exact day and time you will be there. In store pickup is:
